Certified Facilitator of Adult Learning (CFAL) is a program that helps individuals design their own workshops or training courses with the guidance of an expert mentor. CFAL offers a self-paced learning journey where participants can awaken their creativity, integrate knowledge and understanding with attitudes and feelings, identify and use different learning styles, build learner competence and confidence, and connect with a community of learners. The program provides personalized coaching at various checkpoints to help participants refine their course designs.
